This Sri Lankan powerhouse is a pioneer of the apparel industry and one of the most highly innovative and sustainable players in the global clothing market. The challenge? With the next generation of family members stepping up into leadership roles, Hirdaramani needed to articulate its brand beyond its family legacy, and unite their 55,000 employees across six countries.
