Head of Client Partnerships
Alissa brings more than a decade of experience across brand and advertising agencies, working with organisations in FMCG, financial services, retail, not-for-profit, automotive and government. Beginning her career in strategy, she developed a deep interest in understanding what drives people, how they think, what influences their choices and what creates meaningful connection. That strategic foundation continues to shape the way she works today, helping clients move beyond assumptions, get closer to the real problem and turn strong insight into clear, effective action.
As a client leader, Alissa sits at the intersection of strategy, relationships and delivery, helping ensure that ambitious thinking translates into work that creates real value. She is skilled at bringing together different perspectives, navigating complex stakeholder environments and keeping teams focused on the outcomes that matter most. A strong believer in collaboration, Alissa knows that the best ideas rarely come from one discipline or one person alone; they emerge when the right people, perspectives and expertise are brought together around a shared challenge. Her approach combines strategic curiosity with commercial pragmatism, creating the conditions for better thinking, stronger partnerships and better results.
Outside of work, Alissa is most alive when traveling and exploring new places. A lover of spring, the arts, and good hospitality, she can usually be found wandering through a gallery or hosting friends for dinner over a good glass of wine.
Forging a courageous new identity for diversity and inclusion.
Diversity Council Australia, a leading voice for workplace diversity and inclusion, needed a refreshed brand strategy and visual identity to reflect its growing role in shaping stronger organisations and a stronger society. Positioned at the intersection of courage and pragmatism, the brand reflects DCA’s drive to break barriers and lead important, often challenging conversations with empathy and expertise.
