In the spirit of reconciliation, The Contenders acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respect to their Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today. We recognise the immense contribution of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures to society and the arts and are committed to work towards a just, equitable and reconciled Australia through our work and personal lives.
