In 2017, Voice ID was in a time of growth and refocusing of business strategy. Moving away from purely voice recognition, to a broader offering of workflow technology optimisation, they needed a brand that reflected what they had become.
Through research; workshops, customer interviews and internal engagement, we uncovered insight into the key differentiating benefits Voice ID offered, setting the foundation for a brand that represented their future.
Representing the rigorous process and results-driven solutions they had become known for, we developed a brand platform around the positioning of ‘We exhaust the why, to explore the how’.
During the strategic process we uncovered the need for a new name to represent the broadened focus and collaborative process offered to Voice ID’s clients. The name Cohesio Group was born.
The creative identity we developed reflected the bold and clear personality of Cohesio Group. Thick-lined illustrations and distinctive purple circles symbolised technological progress and challenging the status quo.
